This three piece collection was the result of a prototyping course that focused on incorporating advanced technologies like laser cutting, 3D printing and UV printing into the prototyping process. In developing each accessory, digital patterns were first created using Adobe Illustrator. After the patterns were developed, a low-fidelity paper prototype was made to get an initial understanding of the object's physical proportions. The first prototype was then followed by additional higher-fidelity paper prototypes to refine the accessory's patterns and proportions. Once the patterns were perfected, a first sample was laser cut and sewn together to test construction details and the order of operations for assembly.
